Step 1.

To begin, we will need you to create an account with us. You can do this here: https://thriveministry.org/signup

We will need your:

Profile picture

Valid email address

First name

Last name


Agreement to our terms of Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Step 2

After you successfully create your account, you will be redirected to the Dashboard area where you can begin your application process. Start by providing the following:

Contact information

Personal information

Church Information

Emergency contact information

References (we require three references)

Step 3

After you complete your profile information, you will need to apply to serve at a specific retreat.

You may begin your application by going to this page: thriveministry.org/member/v/retreat-volunteer-registrations

Then click the “Apply for Retreats” button.

Step 4

After you successfully submit your application, you will get a confirmation email from us.  If you don't receive this email within an hour, please contact us or check your spam filter—sometimes our emails end up in spam folders.
