# What is the format of the Care Week?

If you've been a part of our virtual gatherings in the past, you'll recognize the foundation of this week. Care Week is a time set aside ${color}[#ff8c82](solely for ONE-ON-ONE appointments) **,** * available to you in your time zone with generous, trusted professionals who want to love and care for global women.*

We know you are busy with life, family, and ministry responsibilities, so appointments will be available **around the clock!** We'll have a brief opening and closing session to kick off and wrap up the event, but the days between will be completely at your own pace. Appointment scheduling opens on March 24.
