What if I can’t make it live? Will sessions be recorded?
Pending internet connection, video quality, and privacy concerns of the content shared, we will do our best to record every session for those who cannot participate live. When possible, session recordings will be made available in the Hub to registered event participants within the week of the event (pending staff time needed to edit and upload). Session recordings will be available in the hub forever, and will not expire.
Knowing the sessions will be recorded, those attending sessions with security concerns can turn off their video, adjust their Username, and refrain from sharing sensitive information vocally. Participants can utilize the chat feature in Zoom to ask questions without showing their video or using their voice.
