Will the sessions be recorded?
Pending internet connection and video quality, we plan to record each session for those who cannot participate live, and for you to rewatch the sessions any time after the event. Session recordings will be made available in the Hub to registered event participants within a few hours of the session. Session recordings will be available in the hub forever, and will not expire.
Knowing the sessions will be recorded, those attending sessions with security concerns can turn off their video, adjust their Username, and refrain from sharing sensitive information vocally. Participants can utilize the chat feature in Zoom to ask questions without showing their video or using their voice.
Note: Breakout rooms will NOT be recorded.
