Fall Care Week Small Groups

Our Fall Care Week Small Groups are for everyone who is signed up for Care Week....whether you initially signed up for them or not during your registration process.

For those who initially singed up, check your email. You should have received an email from Leigh prior to the first session with the link for the week.

A few key things to note. On your Care Week top navigation there is a Small Group tab. However, If you click on that it will prompt a banner "You are not participating in small group." This is an error on our side.

We are having a technical difficulty with this tab, so we have now simply moved the Small Group zoom links to the start page under the 'Updates from the Thrive Team.'

You fill find the small groups zoom meeting links listed there.

You can join at anytime throughout the week.
